This notice covers only the salti.app website. The Salti app used by shops and their customers has its own notices, shown in the app.
Vito Roppo (Italy), contact: info@salti.app.
This site uses no cookies, no third-party analytics tools and no profiling, and it loads no content from other sites. The hosting provider automatically records, for technical and security reasons, data such as the IP address, the browser used, the page requested and the time of the visit (server logs).
We count visits anonymously with a counter of our own: for each day we keep only the total of pages viewed, of the sites visitors come from, of any campaign named in the link and of a few actions (for example the PDF download or sending the form). We don't record IP addresses, browser data or identifiers and we store nothing on your device, so these totals cannot identify you.
If you write to info@salti.app or use the form on the site, we process the data you send (name, shop, city, trade, number of professional customers, email, phone, message) only to reply to you and, if you ask, to assess activating your shop. The form does not store data on the site: it only forwards it as an email to info@salti.app. Writing to us is optional; without a name, shop and email we cannot reply.
Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); the hosting provider keeps them for the short period set by its service and we do not use them to identify you.
Email and form: replying to your request and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep correspondence for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless it becomes part of a contract.
Visit counter: the totals are anonymous and are not personal data; we keep them to compare trends over time.
We make no automated decisions and do no profiling.
The provider of the mailbox and hosting (Hostinger), which acts on our behalf as processor. If data were processed outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses). We do not sell or hand over your data.
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to the processing, by writing to info@salti.app. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the EU country where you live or work (list at edpb.europa.eu), or with the Italian authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), since the controller is based in Italy.
